Welcome to Citizen Self Service!

Click the login button in the upper right of the screen or Citizen Self Service, then scroll down to enter your email address to Log-in. For new users, scroll to Sign up at the bottom of the page. You will be emailed a link to activate your account.

After your account has been activated click “back to sign in” to log into your new account. A login account is required for Personal Property and Utility Billing.

To search Real Estate bills without logging in, click Citizen Self Service on the left and then Real Estate.
