For new users, click “Create an account” at the bottom on login page. You will receive an email with a link to activate your account. After your account has been activated, click “back to sign in” to log in to your new account.

A login account is required for Personal Property and Utility Billing.

To search for Real Estate bills without logging in, click Citizen Self Service on the left and then Real Estate.

Pay by Phone 24/7:

• REAL ESTATE: Call 757-603-3084 to pay your Real Estate Bill by echeck or credit card. Please have your Street Number and Customer ID from the bill available. This IVR system is powered by Tyler Technologies and charges a 3.5% convenience fee ($2.50 minimum) for each credit card transaction and a $0.50 fee for all transactions.
• PERSONAL PROPERTY:Call 757-603-3081 to pay your Personal Property Bill by echeck or credit card. Please have your Property ID from the bill available. • CITY WATER UTILITY BILL: Call 757-603-3088 to pay your City of Williamsburg Water Utility Bill by echeck or credit card. Please have your Account Number and Customer ID from the bill available.

Pay by Mail: Finance Department, 401 Lafayette Street, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Please include the stub portion of your bill or write the Bill Number on your check. Please do not mail cash.

Pay in Person: Municipal Building, Finance Department, 401 Lafayette Street. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. After hours, use the City drop box at the main entrance.
